Liam Hannah – Managing Partner (Director) BAppSc, AIQS (Affil.)
A Quantity Surveyor, Liam launched his career with international firms Rider Levett Bucknell and Davis Langdon/Seth International. He has advised on major projects including the Queensland Gallery of Modem Art, Gold Coast Desalination Plant and The Intercontinental Resort Fiji.
After starting his own quantity surveying practice, he was appointed Managing Director of Property Returns in 2009. His knowledge in construction, cost planning and property development equips him with a full understanding of the opportunities and pitfalls of property investing.
