We guarantee that our tax depreciation schedules will ensure investors claim the maximum legitimate deductions and increase their cashflow.
Our quantity surveyors and registered tax agents assess the specific circumstances of each investor to optimise depreciation benefits. Each schedule will identify all plant and equipment assets and capital works deductions for the lifetime of the property, focusing savings in the first five years after settlement.
